At Move Elite, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• unworn and unwashed• in original condition• with all tags attached• free of stains, odors, or damage• returned in original packaging when possible
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or damaged cannot be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• gift cards• sale or discounted items• limited edition drops (if specified)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using tracked shipping, as Move Elite is not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank provider.
